ORDER TIMELINE
(AKA LEAD TIME OR TURNAROUND TIME)

Every effort is made to ship within the scheduled timeframe. Being that our focus is quality and attention to detail for every single order, occasionally we run behind by a week or two. In the event that we are running behind schedule, we will contact you to let you know. Don’t worry though, we will always be sure that you have your flowers within plenty of time for the wedding. Conversely, oftentimes orders process faster than our estimated time-frame but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.  If you need a rush order, please contact us for availability prior to checkout.

Made to Order vs. Pre-Made
Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it’s handmade.

Look for the following image if a product is ready for shipment immediately:

Both are handmade but the pre-made is shipment ready while the made-to-order products take longer to be created for you. We work on each order in the order that it is received, which is the reason for the turnaround time. If your order has a long lead time, it is because there are multiple orders ahead of yours on the schedule.

HANDMADE DISCLAIMER


The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order. While everything is made to the same patterning, we do not guarantee that your flowers will be exact duplicates of those seen in the sample photos.

Listing photos are shot in natural light to ensure the most accurate color. Inside, under artificial lighting, the colors in real life may appear different than what is shown in the listing photos. Colors may also look different than the actual color depending on viewing device.

Care for your flowers by:

  • Storing them away from direct sunlight
  • Storing them in a dry space
  • Storing bouquets upright in a vase or jar

While flowers from The SunnyBee are made to the highest quality, sola wood flowers and dried flowers may still be delicate. They should be handled with care.

Custom Orders
We always love creating new designs from scratch. Please contact us for a quote.

Custom orders can have a lengthier processing time. Ask us for details.

BOUQUET SIZING


– Specific sizes are indicated in each listing. Here is a detail of our sizing scale –

Bride Bouquets:

Extra small brides bouquets are about 21 inches around. Extra small is the smallest we recommend for a bride. Usually anything under 20 inches is considered way too small by most brides.

Small brides bouquets range from 22-23 inches around.

Medium brides bouquets are about 24 inches around. Many brides find mediums to be perfectly suited in size while others find them to be too small. It just depends on individual preference.

Standard sized brides bouquets are about 25-26 inches around.

Full sized brides bouquets are 27 inches around and up.

When describing our bride bouquets, we avoid terms like “large” or “extra large” because  people tend to have widely different interpretations of those descriptors, even when given size measurements. Most brides find standard and full sized bouquets to be just right, but larger plus sized bouquets can also be made upon request.

Bridesmaid Bouquets:

Mini bridesmaid bouquets are very small – consisting of approximately 3 regular sized flowers and some accents or filler. Minis measure about 15 inches around and under. Minis are often used as toss or jr. bridesmaid bouquets.

Small bridesmaids bouquets consist of a single tier of flowers and range from about 17-19 inches around. They are often used for bridesmaids when cost is the main factor in choosing a size because they are bigger than minis but cost less than regulars.

Regular sized bridesmaids bouquets are usually two tiers of medium to small sized flowers, with a few larger statement flowers included. They average 21 inches around. These are often MoH bouquet, but this size also works an extra small bride’s bouquet.

SHIPPING


Our company ships via USPS.

Free shipping ships via standard ground or first class depending on the size of the parcel. Free shipping is not recommended when time is of the essence. If your wedding date is within a month of the shipping timeframe, it is recommended that you upgrade to Priority Mail or Priority Express shipping.

International Shipping:
We happily support and love our international customers.
We ship all International products through USPS.

The SunnyBee is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.
These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

Cost Calculations:
We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

* We offer free standard shipping within the continental US

Timeline:
Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need anywhere from 6 weeks to 4 months to be handmade.

RETURNS


We will accept returns on Ready to Ship items within 5 days of delivery. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover time lost, seller fees, etc. Refunds will not include shipping costs. Returned items must be undamaged or else the return will be declined and sent back to you. Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five business days.

Return Shipping:
Contact us for the return shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Our listings that do not say “Ready to Ship” are 100% handmade to order just for you and therefore, are not returnable. Failing to read listing description information is not sufficient for a return. If a mistake is made on our end, we will make it right, just contact us immediately.

Sale items:
Only regular priced ready to ship items may be refunded, unfortunately, ready to ship sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. If you change your mind after receiving your flowers and want something different, you will need to place a new order for the new made to order item.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS


At The SunnyBee, we want you to have the wedding you love! We hate to see you go but understand that sometimes orders need to be canceled. Cancellations will be honored as long as work has not begun on your order.  We reserve the right to decline any work that presents as incompatible with The SunnyBee design compendium. Additionally, harmonious working relationships are very important due to the high level of collaboration with our clients, and every effort is made to make customers happy. However, if despite our best efforts we are unable to make the customer happy,  The SunnyBee reserves the right to refund payment and cancel the order so that the customer may find a vendor who better suits her or his needs.
